Vendor Set-up Instructions

Thank you for supporting the 2008 St. Louis Earth Day Festival.
Carefully read these instructions!

 

SET UP OPTIONS:
  1. Saturday, April 19, 2008
    1. From 3—8 PM
    2. Overnight Security Provided
  2. Sunday, April 20, 2008
    1. Beginning at 7 AM
    2. You Will NOT be allowed to drive into the Festival site after 10 AM
    3. All vehicles must be off the Festival site no later than 10:30 AM
    4. YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TICKETED IF IT IS ON THE GROUNDS AFTER 10:30 AM
    5. UNLOAD QUICKLY – DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET FROM THROUGH TRAFFIC

 

BOOTH SPACE LOCATION:

  1. Locate your name the on the VENDOR BOOTH NUMBERS chart.
  2. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLE COVERING!
  3. NO TENT STAKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE – TENTS MUST BE SECURED
  4. IF YOU REQUESTED ELECTRICITY YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION CORD.
    1. Covered walkway booth NEED 100’ of extension cord to connect.

 

FESTIVAL ENTRY POINT:

All vehicles must enter at McKinley Drive where it meets Forest Park Drive Map

Instructions:
Link to Google Map then zoom in ONCE to locate the intersection of McKinley Drive and Forest Park Drive.


LOAD-IN PROCEDURE:

Park near your section -- DO NOT BLOCK THROUGH TRAFFIC AT ANY TIME. Unload quickly – DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH – then proceed to the Muny Upper Lot.

LOAD-OUT PROCEDURE:
Vehicles will not be allowed on Festival site until 6 PM. Re-enter at McKinley Drive and use same procedure as Load-In. DO NOT BLOCK THROUGH TRAFFIC AT ANY TIME.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Exit Load-In area and proceed to the Muny Upper Lot via Theatre Drive, past the Muny Lower Lot and continue along Theatre Drive to Union, turn right to park in Muny Upper Lot. The Muny Lower Lot is reserved for volunteers and handicapped parking only.
