The St. Louis Earth Day Festival, the oldest and largest environmental festival in the Midwest, is the best venue for getting your products and services in the hands of thousands of festival goers who want to “green up” their lives.

St. Louis Earth Day encourages vendors to offer products and services that are in keeping with the environmental spirit and mission of Earth Day.

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Vendor registration is open to Non-Profit Organizations / Independents and Commercial Businesses that have a product or service to sell or promote. Independents defined as either one-person, non-professional operations or “side-line” businesses.
  2. Vendor slots will be assigned FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
    1. Registration forms will be date/time stamped to ensure equitable placement.
    2. Vendors requiring electricity will be placed nearest to electrical sources.
  3. Festival held rain or shine. VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. Vendor slot consists of a 10 x 10 space:
    1. One 8-foot table and one chair are included.
  5. Vendor must provide own table covering:
    1. All booth tables MUST be covered.
  6. All vendor activities must be confined to allotted space:
    1. Contiguous slots are available.
  7. Tents are not allowed in the covered walkway vendor slots.
  8. Each vendor is responsible for his/her booth and all items in it.
  9. Booths must be ready to open by 11 AM and remain open until 6 PM.
  10. Food items and beverages CAN NOT be sold or given away by a non-food vendor unless given permission by St. Louis Earth Day.
  11. Vendor recycling is expected and containers will be provided.
  12. Smoking is not permitted in vendor booths.
  13. Vendors must comply with the rules & regulations of Forest Park and the City of St. Louis.
