You are what you eat.

No trans-fat, highly processed or high-fructose corn syrup menu items are allowed! St. Louis Earth Day bans high-fructose corn syrup and other highly processed or fried foods typically found at events. Many of the menu items served are sourced locally or use organic ingredients. All serving containers and utensils are recyclable or compostable, and you won’t find bottled water for sale at the event. #EatGreenSTL
