Food you can really get festive about.
Say hello to the food and beverage vendors of the 2014 St. Louis Earth Day Festival. It’s not typical “festival food” you’ll find, but then again, we’re not your typical festival. Find these fine eats and drinks in the Earth Day Café and throughout the event grounds.
You are what you eat.
No trans-fat, highly processed or high-fructose corn syrup menu items are allowed! St. Louis Earth Day bans high-fructose corn syrup and other highly processed or fried foods typically found at events. Many of the menu items listed below are sourced locally or use organic ingredients. All serving containers and utensils are recyclable or compostable, and you won’t find bottled water for sale at the event.
